All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium refreshments and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead ensures better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are considered unsafe by our captain, we will propose to reschedule your charter to the next suitable date or offer a full refund. We keep a close eye on weather trends and will reach out to you 24 hours prior to your planned departure if the forecast raises concerns.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Indeed, you are allowed to bring your own provisions and non-alcoholic drinks. Nevertheless, we also provide exceptional catering services and can craft custom menus according to your tastes. For safety, glass containers are not allowed on board.

What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made 72 hours or longer before departure, a full refund is processed. Cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours before departure result in a 50% refund. Those made within 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable except in cases of poor weather conditions or mechanical issues originating from our end.
